Read: How is it already May? I put Tana French's The Witch Elm on my TBR soon pile in December, and I still haven't cracked it open. Seems like a good time now.
From the cover: Toby is an easygoing charmer who's dodged a scrape at work and is celebrating with friends when the night takes a turn that will change his life - he surprises two burglars who beat him and leave him for dead. Struggling to recover from his injuries, beginning to understand that he might never be the same man again, he takes refuge at his family's ancestral home to care for his dying uncle. Then a skull is found in the trunk of an elm tree in the garden - and as detectives close in, Toby is forced to face the possibility that his past may not be what he has always believed.
Do: The only set in stone plans are to get a manicure and go to bookclub, and I'm very happy about that.
Watch: Currently catching up on old episodes of the podcast Two Girls One Ghost by watching them on YouTube. We are just starting to warm up, and I'm ready for spooky season to roll around again.
